By using this website and/or submitting an order with academicsaviour.com, you acknowledge that you have carefully studied the following terms and conditions and fully agree with them.
INTERPRETATION
In this document:
“Agreement”, “Terms” refers to these Terms and Conditions.
“Website”, “Site” means academicsaviour.com.
"Company" — means Plamencom Ltd
“Customer”, “Client”, “You” is the person who places an Order with the Company via the Website to obtain the Product according to his or her requirements and governed by the defined terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement.
“Service” means an academic consultancy as per the Customer’s requirements, which may include, but is no limited to: preparation of a research paper draft, tutoring session, CV preparation, creation of a PowerPoint presentation, making calculations in Excel, help with solving mathematical problems, preparation for exams, proofreading and editing texts, assistance with online courses.
“Order” means an electronic form, filled and submitted on-line by the Customer via the Website. Order specifies the scope of work, deadline and other requirements of the Customer regarding the Service.
“Academic Consultant”, “Expert” - a freelancer, contracted by the Company, who fulfills the Service as per the Customer’s requirements.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and Company. You agree and acknowledge the fact that these Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally changed by the company. It is highly recommended that the Customer keeps track of any changes made to the Terms and Conditions by reviewing this webpage from time to time, since we guarantee immediate reflection of any such changes on the present Website.
GENERAL POLICY
All types of electronic documents and files provided by the Company to a Client as the result of the Service, are meant exclusively for sample or reference or learning purposes, and only for private use. No further publishing or submission of these documents under the Client’s name is allowed. We do not bear responsibility for the Client's inability to learn the material covered in the product.
Company reserves the right to use any relevant materials available – books, journals, newspapers, interviews, online publications and others – unless the client states some specific sources have to be used.
As the Company works based on Customer’s instructions, these instructions must be clear and explicit. If the instructions are not clear and additional instructions are needed to complete the Order, but are not provided by Client within the required time schedule, the Company cannot fulfill any implied warranty and it shall not be held responsible.
All of the content on the Site, the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained on the Site are owned by or licensed to Company and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the US and foreign laws and international conventions.
You agree that you will not circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Materials or enforce limitations on use of the Site or the Materials on the Site.
You further agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface that Company provides, unless otherwise specifically authorized by us in a separate written agreement.
The company should not be held liable for any direct or indirect costs associated with the Client's choice to use our services.
SITE MANAGEMENT
Company has the right, but not the obligation to:
- monitor or review the Site for violations of these Terms and for compliance with Company's policies;
- report to law enforcement authorities and/or take legal action against anyone who violates these Terms;
- suspend or cancel Your account if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms and Conditions or other written policies and procedures posted on the Website. If you engage, in your sole discretion, in fraudulent activities, you understand and agree that Company has the right to immediately close Your account and that you will not be entitled to receive any of the funds in Your account; and/or manage the Site in a manner designed to protect Company's and third parties’ rights and property or to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
-- Without limiting any other provision of these terms, Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the site to any person who is in breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained in these terms, or of any applicable law or regulation.
-- If Your account is terminated for any reason, the content that you have posted may no longer be available. Company reserves the right, but has no obligation to store or keep copies of Your materials or contributions, unless otherwise required by law or court order.
Money Back
Research papers are in their essence non-refundable; however, upon request from Client we might provide a refund in the following cases:
- Research is off-topic, of low quality or the requirements, that were clearly stated by Client in the order description, were not met
- Substantial plagiarism of over 10% is detected and the reliable proof is presented by Client
- Deadline was violated by over 6 hours
Refund for editing / proofreading orders may be requested if:
- Order requirements indicated by Client were not fulfilled
- Deadline was violated by over 6 hours
Each refund request will be manually reviewed by a manager, who will decide if the Order is eligible for a refund. Refunds may be requested no later than 30 days after the Order completion.
We also reserve the right to cancel the order and make a refund at our own discretion, if we realize that we won’t be able to provide the Service in accordance with Client’s requirements.
Order Cancellation
If you changed your mind after making the payment and decided to cancel the order, you can get the following refund, depending on the particular case:
- If less than 20% of the order completion time (time between you made a pre-payment and final deadline) has passed, 100% refund is possible
- If 20%-50% of the order completion time has passed, 50% refund is possible
- If over 50% of the order completion time has passed, 20% refund is possible
Revisions
Company also offers minor amendments and revisions of the initial Order without of extra costs. Any revision requests should be filed only with regards to the initially stipulated order requirements that were not fulfilled in the provided Service. Company undertakes to provide free revisions only under the following conditions:
- The initial requirements have not been fulfilled and additional revision is needed.
- The paper has not been modified by the customer before revision takes place.
- No other general terms and conditions are violated.
- Enough time should be allowed for the revision to be processed in the ratio of total work amount and deadline.
- Revision should be requested no later than 14 days after the initial Order is completed.Note:
If the order has been completed and uploaded to your account, a refund can be requested only in case of the quality concerns
Deadline issues
- If Your Order has not been completed within the deadline, you can request a refund.
- You can request a full refund if the urgent order is delivered after the original deadline.
- You can request a partial refund if the 11-14 day or longer deadline order is delivered after the original deadline.
- It’s the Client’s responsibility to provide all the specific resources and materials in time, if they are required. If the delay occurs due to the lack of materials provided by You, the submission deadline should be extended respectively.
Quality issues
If you are not satisfied with the results of the Service, the following solutions are possible:
- If the initial requirements have not been completely fulfilled, you can request a free revision or you can ask a different Expert to take over your Order.
- If you don’t accept the results of the Service, you can request a refund. In this case you have to provide an explicit explanation in English on what was missing in the Service results compared to your initial requirements. Our quality control will check your claim and make a decision.
If you are not satisfied with the Online Course Service quality:
- If you received low grades as the result of our Service, you can request a change of Expert or request a refund according to our Grade Policy (see below)
Further possible issues may influence the Refund amount:
Online Course Service:
- If our Expert helped you only during some part of the course, then only the grades for that part will be considered
- If our Expert helped you in time, but you failed to submit the results before the deadline
Any Service Type:
- The materials required for the Order fulfillment were provided late by the Client, which caused the delay of Service or led to the decrease of the Service quality
- Client failed to provide the materials, required for the Order fulfillment, which forced the Expert to look for his own materials in the open sources and led to a discrepancy between the Expert’s approach and the requirements of the Client’s course.
Grade Policy
Getting an unsatisfactory grade can be a reason for initiating a refund request. It is in your best interest to provide us with the grade as soon as it has been released so that we could proceed with the refund immediately if the results are poor.
To request a refund, you have to provide:
- A clear screenshot of the grade, with the course name and submission date
- Proof that the work you submitted was based on the results of the Service provided by our Experts
If you cannot prove that you used our Service when preparing for work submission, you can provide feedback from your course professor, so that our quality control looks into it and compares it with the results of our Service. If you are unable to provide the grade proofs and / or feedback, you might be eligible only to a partial refund or a discount which can be used for further Orders.
NOTE:
The grading policy stated below is based on the international grading classification. There are different types of acceptable grading systems around the world. Hence, before processing your refund request, our quality control considers which grading system applies to your country.
Upon a duly submitted refund request, refund can be accepted according to the following grade policy:
WRITING/ASSIGNMENT/EXAM SERVICES with deadline over 48 hours
- Customer gets lower than 61% – full refund
- Customer gets 61-72% – 50% refund
- Customer gets 73-79% – 30% refund via discount for the next Order
(This clause is applicable only writing/assignment Services)
If insufficient proofs have been provided, the following rules are applicable:
- Customer gets lower than 61% – 50% refund via the discount for the next Order
- Customer gets 61-72% – 30% refund
ASSIGNMENT/EXAM SERVICES with deadline under 48 hours
Regardless of the grade, for urgent orders with deadline of less than 48h (from the moment of payment) only partial refunds are possible due to the limited preparation time
- Customer gets lower than 61% – 50% refund
- Customer gets 61-72% – 30% refund
If insufficient proofs have been provided, the following rules are applicable:
- Customer gets lower than 61% – 30% refund
- Customer gets 61-72% – no refund
WRITING SERVICE with the deadline under 24 hours
We cannot guarantee the grade for the orders with an excessive volume of work. Thus, for the big volume orders with short deadlines, only partial refund can be requested.
If the Expert is required to write over 5 pages per day, such orders are considered high risk and only a partial refund can be requested.
- Customer gets lower than 61% – 50% refund
- Customer gets 61-72% – 30% refund
If insufficient proofs have been provided, the following rules are applicable:
- Customer gets lower than 61% – 30% refund
- Customer gets 61-72% – no refund
ONLINE COURSE SERVICE
- Customer gets 61-72% - full refund
- Customer gets 73-79% - 50% refund
Refund Time Frames
Refunds may be requested within 60 days after the Order completion. After 60 days we reserve the right not to provide any refunds. However, in general we use the following rules:
- 61-120 days passed + grade lower than 61% – 50% refund
- 61-120 days passed + grade lower than 61% + not enough proofs – no refund
- 61-120 days passed + grade 61-72% – no refund
- over 120 days passed – no refund
Money Back Process
Once you receive the refund confirmation, we will Once you receive the refund confirmation, we will initiate the refund process. The money will be transferred to you via the same payment method as the one you used when paying. Depending on the payment method, it may take 3-10 days for the money to get back to your account (from the date of refund confirmation). Company doesn’t undertake the responsibility of any delay occurring due to the Bank service issues.
CARD PAYMENTS PROCESSING
Your bank card payments will be processed by Revolut.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
